·       Eligibility for Exchanges
  - Exchange are accepted within 1 days of the purchase date.
  - Items must be in their original, unused, and unopened condition.
  - Proof of purchase is required (receipt or order number).

·        No Exchange Policy:
  - Items that have been opened or used.
  - Custom or personalized and premium products.

·       Process for Exchange:
  - Contact our customer service team via email or phone to initiate an exchange.
  - Provide your order number and reason for the exchange.
  - Customer service will provide an exchange authorization number and instructions.

·        Shipping Costs:
  - Customers are responsible for exchange shipping costs unless the item is defective or an incorrect item was sent.
  - We recommend using a track able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

·        Exchange:
  - Once the exchange items is received and inspected, we will notify you.
  - Approved 
exchange will be processed within 3-4 business days.
  - Eclat has strict no refund policy unless products are defected from our end.  

 - Exchanges are accepted for items of equal or greater value within the return period.

·       Damaged or Defective Items:
  - If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact our customer service immediately.
  - Provide photos of the damaged or defective item.
  - We will arrange a replacement as appropriate.
